I'm still getting head-pinch from these. Not quite as dramatic as some other brands but I still feel discomfort over time, which is really galling as I had hoped that the weight of other brands was the cause (and that these lighter headphones would be ok). I'm hoping the band loosens over time and it becomes more bearable.

Some other headphone button placements and button shapes are really problematic and you can't always tell at a touch what button is what. These have very obvious button shapes (e.g. a + shaped button for the increase volume and a - shaped button for the decrease volume) - seems like a silly thing to call out but I've been astounded by how few brands nail this very, very simple bit of user experience. Speaking of mowing the lawn in 90° plus temperatures, they are fairly comfortable and don't cause me to sweat any more than usual. One thing I have found is to always adjust the headphones for a bit bigger than you think you need. The lower they sit on my ears the longer I can wear them and have them be comfortable. Only one minor shortcoming for those of us with larger heads: there should have been a bit more expansion. Even fully opened, I find them a bit snug a a bit uncomfortable after listening for more than an hour. Wait momentarily after plugging the headphones in , occasionally it takes a few seconds to begin charging .

I have the Skullcandy Crusher BT headphones. I occasionally get a problem where my headphones will connect, but won't play any sound from any audio device. I didn't like the way that Imogen heap songs sounded compared to my earbuds, but she is an artist that uses a TON of different sounds/instruments/effects in each song. Simply put - these sound great. Really really solid performance. Not too bassy, decent separation. Comparable (and better than in most cases) to nearly every other headphone I've owned. They're also implausibly light. Not far off a pair of standard wired headphones, which is impressive considering they have the battery inside. The battery itself isn't wildly impressive (about 8-10 hours currently) which is absolutely fine for my purpose (but my AKGs lasted for what seemed like weeks so it's not as convenient to have to charge it more regularly.

There's also a reasonably decent level of noise cancellation - these aren't noise cancelling headphones but they seem to be pretty good at keeping outside noise at a minimum (though I haven't been on a train or anything with them so this should be taken with a pinch of salt). Limited wireless distance: Not a problem! My old bluetooth headphones would stop working if I took more than about 2 steps away from my laptop, but the Uproar headphones continue working at least 20 feet away, even through walls! I think the lightness is partly drawn from the materials. I have a suspicion that these wouldn't stand up to much rough-housing - plastic vs metal etc. Be sure to charge your headphones on a flat surface to ensure the USB connector on the charging cord is flush and securely inserted into the charging port. If you're into dubstep, it can totally get you a good bass, but you may find yourself missing some of the little sounds in your favorite know-by-heart songs if you have your eq set to a high bass.The good news is that the earpads are quite comfortable, so they shouldn’t cause too much discomfort during long listening sessions. The headband is also very lightweight, although it can feel slightly tight on the scalp for some. Another missing feature is the Tile service for finding your wireless headphones with your smartphone. This is a common component on a lot of the slightly more expensive Skullcandy headphones on the market.
