About this deal
Gently rub the base of the ear and then wipe the interior of the ear flap with cotton or a cloth moistened with Epi-Otic Advanced Ear Cleanser. The anti-adhesive technology in Epi-Otic Advanced Ear Cleanser uses glycotechnology that prevents pseudomonas bacteria from attaching to the skin surface. Many vets tend to use Otoclean vials for rabbit ears but this is also not licensed for dogs/cats so you should only use it alongside veterinary advice. Use from two to three times a week to daily for routine use, before each ear treatment in the case of otitis externa, or as directed by your veterinarian. It is extremely good at removing ear dirt and none of my animals had a problem with me using it on them.
Gently rub the base of the ear and then wipe the interior of the ear with a swab moistened with Epi-otic. Epi-Otic is an ear cleaner and so it may help clear the wax and can treat mild ear infections, but your dog's specific ear problems sound very complicated and it is best to follow your vets advice on what next steps are needed.

Epi-Otic ear Cleansing Solution includes a combination of powerful active ingredients in Spherulites (Virbac's patented capsulation system) to enhance the durability of the ointment. Otitis externa is a very common condition in dogs, yet can be difficult to manage, successfully, in practice. In a healthy ear you should not clean with a product like Epi-Otic more than once every 2 weeks or so, excessive cleaning can predipose to infection.
