The booster packs for this set have four different artworks – Hisuian Zoroark, Giratina, Enamorus and Radiant Gardevoir. One of the most important metrics for any new expansion set is the pull rate – the ratio of packs that have rare cards to those that don’t. packs with Hisuian Zoroark, 18 packs depicting Giratina, 19 packs with Enamorus, 19 with Radiant Gardevoir. New booster boxes are sealed a with clear film covering which has the Pokémon logo imprinted in white.
Lost Origin also features 30 cards with special art in the Trainer Gallery subset and more than 15 Trainer cards. The results analysed by pack art showed that packs with Hisuain Zoroark or Radiant Gardevoir artwork have the better pull rate. In addition to logging the overall Lost Origin pull rate we also logged the pull rate for each pack art design – Hisuian Zoroark, Giratina, Enamorus and Radiant Gardevoir. In this set, the Trainer Gallery cards and Radiant Pokémon cards take the place of a reverse holo, meaning that a pack can have more than one art card.
