The only part I didn;t like was the unveiling of the stalker, I just feel like it was underwhelming and anti-climactic, but it was still a pretty good book. They way the lady asked Rhys if Bridget was his girlfriend AND THEN THEY CAME BACK FOR HIM TO PROPOSE. It is the first and one of the best books in the Twisted series, but you can read it independently without reading the other books.

The first book was ayt I only liked it because he resigned from his company to get her back and maybe bc the whole brothers best friend trope gets to me. Twisted Hate is often considered the “spiciest” since the love/hate attraction certainly ratchets things up a notch! It was so much fun seeing this mismatched group of people go from college friends to adults managing their success and families. This was the only book that made me mildly uncomfortable since there was a lot of pain / pleasure mixed together and some scenes were a little too brutal for me.

I also enjoyed Josh’s story and how he’s dealing with the betrayal of his father and best friend from the first book. While I had a bit of difficulty reading Twisted Games at a certain point I’m pretty positive that’s on me and not the author. The characters in the third book are in the first book because they belong to the same friend group and stuff. And when christian and Stella look at each other during the wedding I also imagine Rhys and Bridget and Josh and Jules that are next to Alex and Ava staring at each other as well.
