In all it took me 6hrs to clean the chassis, 10hrs to wire brush and apply hydrate 80 and 8hrs for two coats of dynax. Dynax UB when dry, has the consistency and feel of soft rubber, but is intelligently formulated to expand and contract and as such, is perfect for use on cars which get put away in garages at the end of the day or are used all year long. All three of these products can be used in all areas, however, they are adapted slightly for intended use.

The answer is to really dry the panel well after rinsing and follow with a white spirit wipe down to remove any surfactant where there’s any doubt as this will beyond all other factors cause loss of adhesion - not only to UB but any other film forming coating.Time will tell how well it lasts but if it last 2 years without showing any rust I will upgrade this review to 5 stars.
