and i know that there are many mixed opinions and feelings about her, but to me she’s just absolutely perfect. these two touch my heart, it’s like they reach into my chest, wrap their arms around my heart and hug it. i love and appreciate christian so much, i honestly just want a man to love my like christian loves daisy.

too many plot lines, too many useless characters (YES TILLER, I AM LOOKING AT YOU) and not enough twists. this series will have you pulling your hair, screaming into your pillow, sobbing, frustrated, happy, comforted, etc. I put it out of my mind that it’s my favourite feeling on the planet, that there are no arms, not even those of my boyfriend — who I’ll remind you that I do love — there are no arms that feel like Christian’s arms. if someone told me read one more chapter in his pov or stub my toe on every single corner in my life, guess wtf i’m picking.

it’s actually kind of scary because if these two aren’t endgame i know i’ll be completely crushed, and that my ladies and gentlemen is something i’ll never recover from.

And all he knows about her he knows it because he investigated her not because she told him this stuff. magnolia was somewhat likable in the end, but she’s still the absolute bane of my existence, i just liked her because she helped daisy a lot.all these small moments of daisy and christian just admiring each other in silence without the other person knowing >>> their journey and love story just hit differently because it all started out so complicated in dh1, but in this book, it’s just so simple, except its actually not. Daisy Haites thought she'd left everything about her old life in the past: the crime, her family and the man she loves. since I didn’t read mp:tlwh cause I don’t like Magnolia and BJ that much so I didn’t know that some of what happened here was the same as from that book so that’s why I’m okay with it. I enjoyed the sex tape plot and I enjoyed the few scenes with the Box Set which were not solely focused on Magnolia. I love julian but if his pov’s are gonna continue to be magnolia parks centered that feel like recaps of the magnolia parks books then I’m sorry but his POVs need to go…. Front pockets, back pockets, the big one at the front of a hoodie, her and her little ice-lollie hands always find mine, and we’re probably annoying and I definitely don’t give a shit. He kept Magnolia in the dark about his life and recklessly put her in danger, which resulted in Magnolia getting injured and Bridget's death. anyways, i don’t know how i feel about what julian did at the end of this book, but that’s because he hurt my babies, and broke my heart into a million pieces in the process.Daisy and Christian looking at each other while donating blood for her nearly dead brother in the back while her current useless boyfriend is looking at them! he has so many responsibilities weighing on his shoulders, and so many people relying on him, and that must be so exhausting at times. she’s often very confused about her feelings, she doesn’t trust them because they’ve betrayed her before, and i feel like that’s a thing most people with trust issues can relate to, and it often makes it very hard for you to open up and trust completely. I know you don't care about Daisy but this is your career and you cannot afford the unprofessionalism. You will fall in love with Daisy Haites a million times over and be desperate for more of her story when it ends.

it’s just the most precious thing i’ve ever read about, and it had me tearing up sobbing my heart out at times, i can’t lie. christian is just such an angel, and i fell completely head over heels for him in dh1 and this book only made me fall harder for him, which i didn’t think was possible. This was one of my most anticipated releases and it's very upsetting when something doesn't live up to expectations. Because for Julian, falling in love isn’t just unwelcome – it could be deadly for everyone involved. i despised her thing with tiller, if i thought daisychristian had no chemistry in dh1, wow was i really showed absolutely no chemistry!Eyes are just as much trouble as they’ve always been, coloured like honey split on leaves in autumn. he's the loser of the group, the spare Ballentine brother that we don't really need and she can't make a choice and stand by it for the life of her. she did not get on my nerves and she was actually kind of bearable sometimes, considering that in the other books this girl was a master manipulator that somehow managed to ruin the life of every single friend she's ever had. My heart absolutely breaks for her and I hate that we never seem to dive as deep into her trauma as we do with other characters. A character who spends half the book disapproving of and lying to his girlfriend is your favorite love interest?
