PERSONALISED & BESPOKE - To provide a more personal experience our lessons are private, so the only people present at your lesson will be you and any friends/family you are cooking with . We will also consult with you about the kinds of dishes you would like to learn and design the menu accordingly.

Monisha also holds a BA in Indian History and in 2013, she was invited to be Guest Lecturer at SOAS, University of London, to give a series of talks on ‘The History of India through its Food’. These lessons take place online via 'Zoom' (Or Facebook Messenger Video if preferred), and you are welcome to include a friend in your lesson with you at no extra charge. We suggest you attend the One Day Indian class and the Curries Curries Class to familiarize yourself with the cooking techniques of everyday Indian food and really understand curries as well as dry dishes, a full understanding of the spices as this will be vital to your participation. Your day will be a mixture of in-kitchen demonstrations performed by the chef who is running the session and hands-on practical cookery, where you are guided by the expert teaching chef. The exact format will vary from class to class depending on the style of cuisine and length of the course. Indian vegetarian cooking class:A 1-day course that explores tasty and healthy meat-free Indian recipes using ingredients such as green beans and tofu. Indian cuisine has predated the veganism movement for centuries emphasising on the benefits of a vegetarian diet and in this course aspiring chefs will be introduced to the basics of day-to-day vegetarian cuisine as seen in an Indian household.ofu. Indian bread making – Indian bread is an essential part of Indian cuisine, often eaten alongside main meals as they are the perfect accompaniment for scooping up delicious curries or daals.
